Jen Pace - Principal Designer Laurel Smith - Project Manager
As a woman owned and operated design business, Jen and Laurel take pride in their work and building relationships with every client. Jen's background in furniture and design has allowed her to take what was once a hobby, and turn it into a successful career that she is passionate about. In addition to interior design, Jen has experience with designing homes and kitchens. She enjoys using her talent while working with local architects to help her clients achieve their dreams. Laurel's background in business management and space planning adds a professional and stress free work environment, managing complete projects from start to finish is what she does best. Born and raised on the coast of North Carolina has allowed these ladies to incorporate experiences and a passion for the beach into each design project. They have developed a flare for a coastal style that can be applied to both modern and traditional tastes.

We were fortunate enough to find Pace Interiors when searching for interior designers in Corolla. Laurel reached out the day we inquired and was so personable and really listened to what we wanted to do. In contrast, I had talked to another group that was condescending and elitist. Not to mention, the quote for paint was twice as much as Pace Interiors. Jenn and Laurel are the absolute killer combo. Jenn, lead designer, has fantastic design sense and Laurel does as well. Both have experience in the rental and management and were amazing recommendations on design and function. They went above and beyond. Jenn had a surfboard custom designed for our principal bedroom and it is a showstopper!
The communication was non-stop and clear. They updated us on everything and kept us informed at all times. We never wondered where the project was because they had already told us! The project turned out absolutely above our expectations and we are very very happy. They take such pride and care in their work and they genuinely want you to love your space.
The rental property booked early and is full during the entire season at new rates. Jenn and Laurel are lifelong friends and superb at what they do. I would hire them in a second and recommend them with confidence to everyone!

From my in home consult with Jen and Laurel to the big day, everything with the process was easy. A friend of mine suggested I reach out to Jen after completing new home construction and feeling overwhelmed with how to decorate or what direction to even take.
